Stuff just got real!
The Moonstone Handbag is almost here! It will be released in the next couple of days, and I’m so excited. I will email you, my lovely subscribers, as soon as it launches!! The pattern will be a FREE downloadable .pdf file, and will be of the same quality you can expect from my future patterns in my online shop. So even though it is a free pattern, for a day or two before the launch I will be doing all the techy behind-the-scenes work to ensure the release goes smoothly for everyone. So, get ready to grab yours!
The bag is particularly great for newbie bagmakers and requires no hardware! Experienced bag makers will love how many ways there are to hack it. Great for last minute gifts, and only your imagination will limit your new creation.

Did you see there was a pattern update released for the Ellis bags this Autumn? It now includes a pattern placement window on the printable pattern pieces (in both sizes) so you can be sure your favourite piece of the fabric is front and center of your storage bag! And it’s still compatible with the IKEA Skådis pegboard.

Today I am opening the fourth of the secret packages in my bag making advent calendar. I can’t remember the last time I had an advent calendar and this is just such a treat. Leave a comment on one of the lives (you can also catch it on replay) and you will automatically enter your name into a draw and stand a chance of winning an item from the calendar. I will send it to the winner, wherever they are in the world and brighten up their January!
I’ve almost finished all my personal Christmas prep! So, I will soon be able to focus on sewing up some Christmas presents and post photos of it in the group. I have begun making some Fernweh Train Cases (pattern by Lavender & Twine) and I will soon be posting a photo of some clear vinyl keyring zip pouch stocking fillers I have finished.
